FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything you need to know before booking — sessions, pricing, programs, and how EFM fits alongside your player's existing football environment.
Sessions & Logistics
Where do sessions take place?
All in-person sessions are held in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The exact field location is confirmed upon booking. Remote coaching is available worldwide.
How long is each session?
Individual sessions are available in 1-hour or 1h30 formats. Group sessions are 1h30. Remote coaching runs on Development (4-week cycle) or Performance (6-week cycle).
How do I book a session?
Fill out the form on the homepage, or reach out directly by email. We'll confirm your first session and find a time that works for you.
What happens after the first session?
After your first session, we review what we observed and recommend the most appropriate next step. You can continue session-by-session, choose a session pack, or move into a remote development cycle depending on your needs.
Pricing & Packs
How does group pricing work?
Group training is a flat $140 for the 1h30 slot, regardless of how many players attend (2 to 10). You organize the group and split the cost among yourselves. The more players, the less each person pays.
Do session packs expire?
Yes. All session packs are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. This gives you flexibility while keeping your development on track.
Can I use my session pack for an Extended (1h30) session?
Yes. A 1h30 Extended session simply uses 1.5 sessions from your pack instead of 1, at the same discounted rate. No separate booking or price difference to work out.
Programs & Level
What level is this coaching for?
All levels welcome, from beginners to advanced competitive players. No professional level is required to start — programs are adapted to the player's current level, age, position and objectives.
What age groups do you work with?
EFM works with players from U8 through professional level. Training is adapted to the player's age, development stage, position and competitive environment.
Is there a program for young players?
Yes. Younger players (including U8–U12) are welcome in both individual and group formats. Group training is often the most cost-effective entry point for young or first-time players.
Will training be adapted to my child's position?
Yes. Position-specific development is one of the foundations of the EFM Method™. Training is adapted to the player's role, age, level and current development priorities.
Training Alongside Your Club
Does EFM replace my player's club training?
No. EFM is designed to complement your player's existing football environment. Training is adapted around their club schedule and competitive demands rather than replacing team training.
Can EFM work alongside my player's club?
Yes. When appropriate, EFM can coordinate with a player's existing football and performance environment to ensure individual development remains aligned with their team commitments.
What if I already train with a club?
That's exactly where individual development can add value. EFM works alongside your team environment and focuses on the individual areas that team training cannot always address in depth.
Your Development Priorities
What if I don't know what I need to work on?
That's okay. You don't need to arrive with a fully defined development plan. Tell us what you'd like to improve if you know, and EFM will help identify your priorities based on your position, profile, assessment and development needs.
How is my program personalized?
Your development priorities are determined by combining your objectives, position, current level, physical and technical profile, training environment and assessment results. EFM then structures the work around the areas that can have the greatest impact on your development.
Will my program change if my schedule changes?
Yes. Where appropriate, training is adapted around your current club schedule, match schedule, training load and available training environment.
