THE EFM APPROACH
Individual Assessment
Every player begins with a full evaluation of their technical level, tactical understanding, physical condition, and mental profile. No two programs are identical.
Tailored Program Design
Based on the assessment, we build a session-by-session plan targeting your specific goals, whether eliminating weaknesses or sharpening strengths.
High-Intensity Execution
Sessions are structured, intense and purposeful. Drawing on Tactical Periodization principles, every drill connects directly to real match scenarios.
Measurable Progress
Post-session feedback, video review, and regular progress tracking ensure you always know where you stand and what comes next.
"The game itself is the main reference for training."Vítor Frade, father of Tactical Periodization
TRAIN AT GAME SPEED
TRAIN BY POSITION
Football is a game of specialists. A goalkeeper's decision-making has almost nothing in common with a striker's, and generic training plateaus fast once you reach a certain level. Select a position to see exactly what we target and how, built from 15 years of coaching every role on the pitch.
THE GOALKEEPER
The last line of defense and the first line of attack. A modern goalkeeper must combine sharp reflexes with the composure and distribution skills of an outfield player, reading the game a full second before the shot ever happens. With years specialized in goalkeeper development, from academy environments in France to professional structures abroad, we built this program around what the position actually demands today: not just shot-stopping, but starting attacks, organizing a back line, and staying composed when the game turns chaotic around you.
What We Work On
- Reflexes & reaction speed
- Positioning & shot angles
- Aerial command & cross collection
- Distribution: throwing & kicking accuracy
- Decision-making under pressure
- Mental composure & focus
Our Methods
- Reaction ball & multi-ball drills
- Angle training & 1v1 breakaway simulations
- Cross collection under contact
- Distribution drills to initiate counterattacks
- Penalty & set-piece scenario training
- Visualization & stress-simulation exercises
THE DEFENDER
Defending at a high level is about anticipation, not just physicality. The best defenders read the game a step ahead of the attacker, winning the ball cleanly before a duel even becomes necessary. This program is built to develop that instinct: positioning, timing, and the game-reading that come from experience playing and coaching at the highest levels in France and across Europe, plus the composure to bring the ball out from the back under pressure, rather than clearing it long and giving possession straight back.
What We Work On
- 1v1 defending & tackling technique
- Aerial duels & marking
- Positioning & defensive shape
- Reading the game & anticipation
- Build-up passing under pressure
- Composure in tight spaces
Our Methods
- 1v1 isolation drills vs. attackers
- Pressing-trigger recognition
- Defensive transition simulations
- Build-up play under simulated pressure
- Video breakdown of positioning errors
- Duel and strength-based conditioning
THE MIDFIELDER
The midfielder controls tempo, space, and transitions, arguably the position with the widest range of demands on the pitch. Whether you're a deep-lying playmaker dictating the build-up or a box-to-box engine, the margin between a good and an elite midfielder is almost entirely tactical. This program sharpens the vision, passing range, and tactical intelligence needed to see the game two moves ahead, drawing directly on Tactical Periodization principles used at the professional level.
What We Work On
- Vision & scanning
- Short & long passing accuracy
- Spatial awareness & half-space play
- Transition speed: attack to defense
- Press resistance
- Game control & tempo management
Our Methods
- Controlled passing sequences under pressure
- Build-up play from the back
- Half-space exploration drills
- Rapid transition & counter-attack drills
- Ball-shielding & body-positioning work
- Decision-mapping scenarios
THE FORWARD
Forwards are judged on moments: the finish, the run, the decision made in half a second inside the box. Technical ability alone doesn't create those moments; composure and anticipation do, and those are trainable. This program refines the technical precision and instinct that turn half-chances into goals, while building the explosiveness to consistently arrive in the right place at the right time: the physical qualities that create separation, and the calm decision-making that finishes the chance.
What We Work On
- Finishing accuracy & technique
- Off-the-ball movement & runs
- First touch under pressure
- 1v1 attacking & dribbling
- Hold-up play & link-up
- Composure in the final third
Our Methods
- High-pressure finishing drills
- Weak-foot specific shooting sessions
- First-touch & oriented control repetitions
- Space-creation & defensive-gap exploitation
- Explosive sprint & acceleration training
- Match-scenario decision drills
DATA-DRIVEN PLAYER DEVELOPMENT
Feel and experience matter, but numbers don't lie. We're integrating wearable performance-tracking technology into our sessions: logging passing accuracy, touches, distance covered and sprint data, to turn progress into something concrete you can see over time, not just a coach's impression. Individual performance sheets for every player are part of where this program is heading.
A PLAYER’S JOURNEY.
A COACH’S PURPOSE.
WHERE IT STARTED
We started playing football at 6 years old in Île-de-France, the region that has produced more professional footballers than anywhere else in the world, home to the same academies that gave us Thierry Henry, Kylian Mbappé, and dozens of others who went on to the top of the game. It’s an intensely competitive environment, and like every kid there, turning professional was the dream.
We were selected into INF Clairefontaine, the French federation's academy for the country's most promising 13-to-15-year-olds, the same institute that produced Nicolas Anelka, William Gallas, and Blaise Matuidi. We later represented the French U17 and U18 national teams, signing our first professional contract at 18 with LB Châteauroux. Our career then crossed five countries, France, England, Portugal, Italy, and the United States, alongside different coaches, different training methods, and different footballing cultures. Each one reshaped how we understand the game today.
THE OTHER SIDE OF THE GAME
Coaching has been the larger part of our career: over a decade spent inside professional academies in France, as well as some of the country’s top youth development clubs, the same kind of structures that shaped our own playing days. We’ve worked across every age group, from U8 first touches to senior professional environments, and that range gave us something a lot of coaches never get: a real understanding of what a player actually needs at each stage of their development, not just what looks good in a single session.
Alongside that, we hold the BMF and BEF coaching diplomas (UEFA B / UEFA A) in France, along with a goalkeeper-specific certification.
THE MISSION
Throughout our own careers, we often felt the gap between generic training and what a player actually needed: sessions built for the group, not for the individual. Good coaches, but a system that didn’t always have the time or structure to look at one player closely enough. That gap is what led us to create Elite Football Minds.
Here, every session is built around one player: their strengths, what’s actually holding them back, and real, ongoing follow-up, including through the hard moments, not just the good ones. That includes mental support, not just technical correction, because confidence and focus matter as much as touch and technique. A player who doubts himself on the ball won’t improve no matter how good the drill is. And it includes a clear, staged progression plan with concrete steps and checkpoints, so a player always knows what they’re working toward, what comes next, and how far they’ve already come.
“Coaching is taking a player where they can’t take themself.” José Mourinho

BEFORE YOU BOOK
Limited Spots
To protect the quality and personalization of every session, we only take on a limited number of players at a time. Priority goes to serious, committed players. If demand exceeds availability, applications are reviewed on that basis rather than first-come, first-served.
Start With a Trial Session
Before committing to a pack, we recommend booking a Single Session first. It's the best way to make sure our training style is the right fit and that we're on the same wavelength before investing in a longer program.
Travel & Location
Sessions within a 45-minute to 1-hour drive of Fort Lauderdale are available with a travel fee. Further out, we ask that you book multiple sessions together to make the trip worthwhile, plus the travel fee. If you come to the coach, the training venue is already arranged; if the coach comes to you, you're responsible for securing the field.
Priority Scheduling
Players with an active session pack get priority for available time slots, especially during high-demand periods.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations inside that window, or no-shows, will be charged in full.
Payment
Payment details are confirmed with you directly before your first session. No online payment required today. Online card payment is coming soon.
Liability Waiver
All in-person sessions require a signed liability waiver on file before the first session, for players of every age. For minors, a parent or guardian signature is required. We'll send it to you when you book.
